Please read all of these instructions very carefully and thoroughly. Failure to read any of these can result in the cancellation of your appointment.

RECOMMENDED: If you do come in regularly, we do recommend you making an account through the appointment portal so you do not have to continually fill out a new form every time. It will save all of your information on file so you do not have to worry. Thank you so much for your cooperation!


1. If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment time, your appointment is automatically cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. Please understand we try to cater to everyone and you being late to your appointment means less time for us or another person who could have been on time in your slot. We allow only two rescheduling per appointment, after that it will be cancelled automatically if you do not make your appointment.

2. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-shows and cancellations are included in this. This deposit amount goes toward your total bill for your appointment.

3. Do not bring children or other guests who do not have appointments themselves. We only service children 7 and up. We also do not have the space to accommodate extra guests.
