Our Sicily part 1 pairing lesson was so successful that we decided to offer a new journey to the beguiling island of Sicily, tasting 3 more Sicilian wines paired with 3 cheeses made in different styles and with an assortment of milk types for a delightful sensory experience. Pairing lessons are taught in tandem by Eleonora, our resident cheese expert, and Gina, our natural wine lover. Both will share more of their Sicily Italian wine and cheese adventures.
