Sweat Depot is based at 12/254 South Pine Road, Enoggera and is the home of RAVES Self Defence. This booking app allows you to book and pay for all our sessions and you will receive reminders and loads of information about your session.

Please don't stress if you can't make a class. You can change the time right up until 1 hour before a Sweat Depot class, and 24 hours for a RAVES Self Defence Class. And you can reschedule this class up to two times. Because we understand life happens.
