If you already know of some potential repairs you may have at Start-up feel free to jot them in the notes, this is very helpful!
After you select your appointment type there will be just a few questions to follow. Filling these out assists us in making sure we're always prepared and on the same page for your appointment that day, anything you can provide helps!
We are pretty busy this season and as you know every home presents a unique situation, if you could please *allow for a 2 hour cushion* for your appointment time we would really appreciate it. We'll also call you on the way!
