1) SHOW UP! Booked a spot? Please turn up!
2) SHORT TERM BOOKINGS Things change, please don't book more than 1 week ahead.
3) CASUALS You can pay online through the system (join class as a non-member or pay on arrival)
4) MUST BYO Towel, Water Bottle and of course, Energy!
** Please Note - we need a minimum of 4 participants for class to go ahead!!
