- PLEASE MINIMISE THE TIME YOU ARE EXPOSED TO WIND CHILL OUT OF THE WATER. ARRIVE READY TO SWIM TO AVOID HAVING TO CHANGE NEXT TO YOUR CAR.WALK TO THE FLAG AND THEN TAKE TIME TO ACCLIMATISE IN THE WATER BEFORE YOU SWIM, THIS MAY TAKE SEVERAL MINUTES.
- HYPOTHERMIA IS A GENUINE RISK,.WEAR GLOVES, SOCKS AND HOODS AS NEEDED. THE MOMENT YOU FEEL YOUR SWIM FORM IS DETERIORATING, OR YOU START TO FEEL COLD WHILST SWIMMING, SWIM TO THE SIDE AND EXIT THE LAKE IMMEDIATELY.GET DRY, CHANGED, AND HAVE A HOT DRINK AND SOMETHING TO EAT. BRING PLENTY OF LAYERS AND A HAT FOR AFTER YOUR SWIM.

- YOU MUST BRING YOUR TRIFARM GREEN HAT WITH YOU TO YOUR SWIM
- SWIMMERS MUST EITHER BE USING A WETSUIT OR, IF SWIMMING WITHOUT, THEY MUST HAVE A TOW FLOAT
- THERE IS NO EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE TO HIRE, PLEASE BRING EVERYTHING YOU NEED WITH YOU.
- PARENTS AND DRIVERS MAY ACCOMPANY SWIMMERS ON SITE, BUT THEY MUST STAY SOCIALLY DISTANCED AT ALL TIMES
- BOOKINGS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE, AND FOR STATED SESSION ONLY. THEY WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF TRIFARM CANCELS A SWIM SESSION
