- We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment slot.
- The deposit is included in the total balance.balance is to be paid in Cash ,Venmo or Zelle .If payment page doesn't show please send deposit to Cashapp username $olabisicreath,

- Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if we cancel your appointment or an error occurs on our end. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, your deposit can be used for a future appointment slots
- Walk-in is welcomes you can always give us a call to fit you in.
Absolutely, NO REFUNDS
- If you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair, bring it up before you leave the seat! Any concerns must be addressed within 24 hours of installation.

- If you need to reschedule an appointment do so from the email confirmation. To Cancel please call us 48 hours before appointment time.
- Tardiness
- If you are running late, please notify us via a phone call or text message (not on social media).
- If you have an appointment at 3pm,please do not wait until 2:58pm kindly text us that you are running 15 minutes late.
- You have a 15 minutes grace where you will not be charged a late fee.
- No show Appointments
- No show appointments will be charged 1/2 of the cost of the service
Your hair must be 4inches long, wash and blow dry straight before service ,no oils in your hair
- For best results, please avoid fresh trims
Styles can not be changed on the day of your appointment Do not book for a full service if you getting touch up.
