Follow these steps to schedule your COVID-19 vaccine appointment

- New appointments are added on a rolling six day window.
Our pharmacies are administering the MODERNA, PFIZER, and PFIZER Pediatric vaccine at this time. All of our pharmacies carry the PFIZER BIVALENT vaccine as a BOOSTER. Select pharmacies also carry the MODERNA BIVALENT vaccine.
Select pharmacies carry the MODERNA vaccine for individuals 12 years and older.
The BIVALENT BOOSTER shot is currently available for eligible patients who completed the MODERNA or the PFIZER vaccine series (1st AND 2nd dose) greater than 2 months after the 2nd dose.
Patients 5+ eligible for a FIRST BOOSTER may receive the PFIZER BIVALENT COVID-19 vaccine as their FIRST BOOSTER regardless of the primary vaccine series completed.
All of our pharmacies carry the PFIZER BIVALENT vaccine for patients 12+. Select pharmacies carry the PFIZER BIVALENT vaccine for patients ages 5-11. You can get the PFIZER BIVALENT vaccine regardless of the vaccine you received but it must be two months after your primary series or your last BOOSTER. Select pharmacies also have the MODERNA BIVALENT vaccine available for patients 6 and older.

If you don't receive a confirmation email immediately after you complete registration you are NOT successfully scheduled for an appointment.
