Follow these steps to schedule your COVID-19 vaccine appointment

- Choose your time - If no times are listed, the appointments have been reserved.
- New appointments are added on a rolling six day window.
Our pharmacies are administering the MODERNA, PFIZER, and PFIZER Pediatric vaccine at this time.
The MODERNA vaccine is for individuals 18 years and older ONLY.
The BOOSTER shot is currently available for eligible patients who completed the MODERNA or the PFIZER vaccine series(1st AND 2nd dose) greater than 5 months after the 2nd dose.
All patients that received the JOHNSON & JOHNSON vaccine are eligible for a BOOSTER dose if their original dose was more than 2 months ago.
A SECOND BOOSTER shot is now recommended for patients greater than or equal to 50 years of age or patients 18 years of age with an underlying immunocompromised condition. All SECOND BOOSTERS must have at least four month spacing from the last dose.
Patients 18+ are eligible for FIRST BOOSTER vaccines may receive any COVID-19 vaccine as their FIRST BOOSTER regardless of which vaccine series they completed initially. Patients aged 12-17 are eligible for the PFIZER vaccine as a booster .
The CDC recommends the PFIZER pediatric vaccine for children ages 6 months to 11 years. A BOOSTER dose is also now available in our pharmacies. This vaccine will be carried at all locations.
If you don't receive a confirmation email immediately after you complete registration you are NOT successfully scheduled for an appointment.
