Mind | Body Balancing Yoga
Mind | Body Balancing Flow yoga is a restorative yoga practice focused on shifting our mental perspective by using basic yoga postures to rebalance our mind and body connection. This practice is a slower-paced yoga flow that uses our mind and body focus to deepen our practice. Students will be encouraged to hold postures longer and to use basic breathing techniques to deepen their practice and bring calm to a cluttered mind.
