Please complete the information below to register for your FREE COVID-19 testing opportunity at the Franklin County Health Department CLINIC building located at 100 Glenn's Creek Rd (Across from the Frankfort Cemetery off of Main Street). This will be a rapid, 15 minute test and is FREE.

Please pull up and park close to the front door of the clinic and the nurse will be out with you shortly. Please wear a mask until directed to remove the mask. You do not need to come inside the building.
