City Hall has re-opened to the public by appointment only. Effective April 12th, 2021, all new permit requests will need to be submitted with hard copy plans. All existing electronic permits that are not approved and issued by this date will need to be converted into hard copies for review and approval.
Planning Application & Building Permit Submittal Appointments
Please review appointment types prior to making a selection. Only one person is allowed to enter the One-Stop shop during a scheduled appointment.
Plan Size for all plan sheets including engineering are required to be 24" x 36" (landscape orientation).
Completed building permit applications are required in order to schedule an appointment for new permits/submittals. Please visit www.sanjuancapistrano.org/building for applications and plan check submittal requirements.
