I hope you and your family have been coping well over the past weeks. I have missed helping my patients.
Now the Provincial Government is easing the COVID-19 restrictions, it is considered safe to resume my in-clinic appointments. I am slowly re-opening my in-clinic treatments on May 19*.
In lieu of Covid Safety, patients are strongly encouraged to wear a mask for treatment. In addition, on arrival, ring doorbell or text and I will come and open the front door. I request that you immediately wash your hands in the adjacent washroom provided to the right. There is a NO tolerance policy for flus or colds, or related symptoms. In addition, if a family member is displaying symptoms, please cancel your appointment. There will be no penalty charged for these safety measures. On arrival I will also go over these instructions again and ask that you sign a consent form that you understand these new measures and will go over in detail how treatment will proceed. Interviews prior to the start of treatment will be 2 metres apart and where able this same distance.
Treatments will be spaced so that I can adequately clean surfaces for the safety of my patients. This includes the bathroom, door handles and the massage table.
