Hair Me Out Beauty - Booking & Policies

To keep my business running smoothly, please read all policies carefully before booking and submitting your deposit.
Hours of Operation
📅 My schedule is custom to MY AVAILABILITY. Appointments after 6pm may be available upon request including $50 fee. Contact me directly.
Important Booking Policies
🚫 No Extra Guests
I understand some clients have small children or significant others, but please remember space is limited. To maintain a peaceful environment, extra guests and children are NOT allowed unless they are being serviced.
⏳ Be on Time
Communicate or appointments cancel after 10 minutes of tardiness.appointments later than 30 min may need to be rescheduled.
🔄 No Last-Minute Changes
- Be sure to select all add-ons at the time of booking. You cannot add services at your appointment.
- EX. If booking knotless braids, you cannot switch to a different style after your deposit is paid.
Hair Prep Requirements
Shampoo services available be sure to choose add-on
💇 Your hair must be:
✔️ At least 4 inches all around (if shorter contact me before booking)
✔️ Clean & product-free (no oils, leave-in conditioners, etc.)
✔️ Blown out & fully detangled from root to ends. (See reference image in booking page)
⚠️ If you arrive with tangled/matted hair, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. or incur a $30 additional fee.
Deposit & Payment Information
💰 Deposit:
- A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.
- If you cancel or no-show, your deposit is forfeited.
💳 Payment Methods:
- CASH is Queen but All major cards, gift cards, and Zelle accepted for the remaining balance at your appointment.
- ❌ No CashApp
Rescheduling & Cancellations
🔄 Rescheduling:
- You can reschedule through your confirmation email up to 48 hours before your appointment.
- You may only reschedule within my available booking days (check the website for open dates).
- reschedule withing 2 weeks or forfeit deposit
❌ Same-Day Cancellations:
- Will result in a 50% charge to the card on file.
- No-call, no-shows = No future appointments.
Additional Fees
🎄 Holiday Appointments:
- $50 additional fee (must be paid in advance).
Hair Provided
- Braiding hair is included with all styles.
- Natural colors only (1, 1B, or 2). if i have other colors they'll be listed as an option. If you don't see it, it isn't available.
- If you need colored hair, contact me directly—you will need to provide your own or reimburse me if i purchase.
