There is no fee for the appointment itself when you book one of the below appointment types. If you do not show up to your appointment or if you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance you will be charged a cancellation fee. Should you show up to your appointment more than 20 minutes late you will be charged the cancellation fee.

• Bridal Comeback Appointment; If you have worked with one of our consultants previously and are returning to purchase ($50 cancellation fee)
• Bridal Appointment ($75 cancellation fee)
• Bridesmaid Appointment ($75 cancellation fee)
• Accessory Appointment ($45 cancellation fee)
• Prom/Special Event Appointment ($45 cancellation fee)
• Mother of the Bride/Groom Appointment ($60 cancellation fee)

The only appointments you will be charged for are the VIP Appointment Weekends and the Diamond Appointment Weekdays. If there is a no-show or the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment date, there is no refund for the appointment fee.
