-If you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 you will not be serviced! ie..(coughing, sneezing, fever...) PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND STAY HOME

CANCELING/ RESCHEDULING
Canceling within 48 hours:
After first canceled or rescheduled or missed appointment within 48 hours, there will be a Reschedule fee plus tax, each time you book an appointment thereafter. You will be emailed or texted an invoice for the booking fee plus tax. Your appointment will only be held if the booking fee is paid the day of scheduling your appointment.
This booking fee will be credited towards your scheduled appointment at that time. *This fee is non credited, non transferable, and non refundable to rescheduled, canceled, or missed appointments .*

$20 at booking plus 5.2% square service tax fee. Pay under Pay Now tab. $20 will be credited to total balance. You are responsible for the 5.2% square service tax fee.
This $20 booking fee will be credited towards your scheduled appointment at that time. *This fee is non credited, non transferable, and non refundable to canceled, or missed appointments.
**: (5.2% square service tax fee does not go towards balance and is not refundable, transferable, or credited.) Booking fee may be transferred once to new appointment ONLY if rescheduled prior to 72 hours before initial scheduled appointment.
Remaining balance of service total fee must be paid at appt.
Canceling appointment :
You can cancel/reschedule 48 hrs before appointment, with no reschedule fee only if you have never cancelled, rescheduled, or missed an appointment within 48 hours of appointment. If there is an opening in my schedule, I will try my best to help get you rescheduled asap. If you have rescheduled more than 3 times for separate appointments you will no longer be eligible to have booking fee rescheduled. Every time after a new booking fee will be required at the time you schedule or reschedule.
NOTE: I am not responsible for allergic reactions to hair, hair products, or hair supplies. Customers are responsible for knowing what they are allergic to. By booking with me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
BEFORE APPOINTMENT (Extensions only):
Hair MUST be clean. Either book in advanced a service with shampoo or a shampoo/blowout for extension service for appointment or come with Freshly shampooed and Air Dried or Blown-out (air dry prestreach hair or blow dry prestretched hair for extensions or braids, use heat protectant if heat is used). A shampoo/blowout service is a $25 fee and will be charged if shampoo/blowout is needed, before braiding. BRAIDING and EXTENSION HAIR NOT PROVIDED!!!! (Unless stated otherwise, please see service for information) !!
BRAIDING and EXTENSION HAIR NEEDED FOR ALL STYLES, unless stated otherwise Please see service for type of hair needed or either you will be messaged after you book the appointment with the type of hair needed for the service. Please bring hair that is recommended.
LATE POLICY:
Please send a courtesy text/call if you are running up to or more than 10 min late. My appointments are booked back to back so please be on-time. Appointment will be CANCELED if running 20 min or later. A courtesy text will be sent if I am running behind, so please give a reliable contact. Please book responsibly, so that appropriate time is given for your hair service.
AFTER HOURS SERVICE: If you are requesting ( done via text and must be confirmed first) to book an appointment after normal business hours, an after hours service fee of $30 will be added.
Payment:
- Cash and Debit/Credit Card excepted.
( CASH PREFERRED )
- 5.2 % Square service fee on debit and credit card.
