This session, I’ll target areas of frequent pain and stress from your body through a combination of lymphatic drainage and myoskeletal alignment. If time allows, I’ll conclude the session with some gentle stretching to increase your range of motion.

In order to ensure that I fully address your areas of concern within the limited time of this session, I may focus on specific areas of the body instead of providing a full body massage.

Addressing both the body and the mind, allowing for us to understand both the physical and emotional aspects of your pain and discomfort.

In this session, I’ll start with a combination of breathing techniques and guided meditation that will help you to go deeper and discover the underlying physical, mental, and emotional factors that may be causing your pain and discomfort.

We’ll then move into the protocol of the Body Mind Balance service. I’ll start with lymphatic drainage to reduce inflammation throughout the body. I’ll then move to gentle stretching
