Thank you for scheduling a DIY dog wash at our Brookhaven/Avondale store. A few helpful tips:
Masks or face coverings are optional! Per CDC guidelines, face coverings are optional for vaccinated customers and employees.
* Each dog wash appointment is for one dog for 30 minutes.
*All dog wash supplies including apron, towels, basic wash tools, shampoo/ conditioner and dryer is provided, including the clean-up.
*Re-scheduling appointments to another time slot can be made up to 3 hours before the appointment begins.
*If you are more than 10 mins late for the appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no show and cancelled
*Dog wash appointments are non refundable.
