Braiding in Tucker, GA 📍
Policy:
- There is a $35 nonrefundable deposit. For deposits I accept Zelle and PayPal only
- After booking, an email will be sent to you detailing how to send your deposit.
- You have 6 hours to send a deposit I can not hold appointments
- All deposits are non-refundable and required for all styles
- No extra people
- Final balances are to be paid with cash only
- After 10 minutes there is a late fee of $15, after 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled
Hair Requirements:
- Hair must be 3 inches all around
- Please come with your hair washed and blowdried. I am natural myself and understand that blowdrying can be harder for some more than others. Blowdrying helps me get you to the rest of your day in a timely manner. It helps me move faster. Please at least detangle your hair to the BEST of your ability.
- Please know that oils/butters are not leave-ins and can not be used as preparation for your appointment
- Small amounts of a leave-in conditioner cream or heat protectant is encouraged. Again NO oils/butters!
- For hair that has been blunt cut: Please allow 4-6 months AFTER CUT before booking braids. Blunt ends cannot be tucked efficiently resulting in longer braiding times which can result in a surcharge up to $35
Cancelling & Rescheduling:
- If a deposit is not received after 6 hours of booking, your appointment is cancelled.
- You can reschedule once within the 30 days the deposit was received. Rescheduling twice and/or outside of the 30 days requires another deposit.
- Rescheduling 48 hours or less prior to your appointment requires another deposit
- If a deposit is sent late after the appointment has already been cancelled it will be refunded. Reschedule your appointment, then send the deposit.
Squeeze in/After hour Appointments:
- There are usually a few after hour appointments (5pm and later) available during the month and require a $35 up charge. DM/Email for inquiry about after hour appointment availability
- Days/times that are not available are squeeze in appointments and require a $50 up charge which will be the deposit for the appointment
Please Note:
- You will not be able to add on to/change your service on the day of your appointment. Please thoroughly think about the style you want, if it says times are not available please contact through Instagram DM/email styledbytommigirl@gmail.com
- I am not doing braids over locs at the moment Appointments made without loc consultation/disclosure will be cancelled
- Please select add-ons that pertain to you/your appointment. When booking faux loc styles, please pick ONE color UNLESS you ALSO choose the add-on for extra color(s).
- After your appointment has been booked and a deposit is received, the address to your appointment will be sent to the email provided the day before your appointment.
- I do take pictures/videos of my work. Understand that I use these pictures for marketing/educational purposes
I do tuck every style to the best of my ability which is why I take my time with every crown I adjust to make sure you’re receiving a real protective style.
I do not rush my work. Please do not book anything immediately after/the same day of your appointment. Haircuts should be booked 2-4 hours after your appointment ends. Style times are for reference and can vary.
After booking, an email will be sent to you regarding sending your deposit.
Hair is included for all styles. Please be sure to select your desired color, 1B is default if no color is selected
