Monday Night Spin - 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Drills where we ride hard, then easy, then repeat several times. Excellent training for road cyclists to build endurance for long rides! Also great for burning calories for the next 12-24 hours! You will sweat! Class can be modified for beginners. YOU control the pedals and bike tension! Taught by Jeannette.

We also may include some Taekwondo kicking and hand techniques on standing bags, step aerobics, exercise balls and weights in a fun and easy going atmosphere. A full hour of Hatha style yoga with emphasis on neck, shoulders, hips and legs. Find balance, strength and alignment within the poses while undoing the stress of everyday life. A gentle morning practice wherein attention is given to joint rotations and warming poses along with assisted balance and simple strength routines. Beginner friendly! Learn how to set up your spin bike to your body. This is a circuit type class which is great for new or returning spinners. Warm up on the bike and then transition to floor for upper body light weights, then back to bike. We run three complete cycles of this, allowing the heart rate to increase and decrease creating a metabolic surge. The body is then able to continue burning calories over the next 24-48 hours. Experienced spinners are welcome to stay in the saddle. Taught by Jeannette.
