Manual therapy sessions include massage, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (e.g., ASTYM), dry needling, and mobilization as symptoms/exam indicate. Ideal for athletes undergoing recovery or anyone needing a little TLC. This is a wellness service and is not covered by Insurance.

This appointment type is scheduled for coaching services to enhance wellness and/or sport performance as well as fitness/conditioning consultation. Rate is $80 per hour. If you require more than one hour, please book more than one session for consecutive hours. This is not covered by insurance plans.

These sessions are for Patients with Parkinson's Disease who desire personalized fitness programming, that may include, but is not limited to, LSVT BIG for Life and Rocksteady Boxing. Gait Analysis sessions include video -based analysis and RunScribe sensor data to determine asymmetries on impact, stride length and foot strike. Corrective exercises are prescribed during these sessions as needed to improve running economy. Footwear assessment also included.
