Dear New and Existing Clients as you may all see, we've been busy trying to figure out which new booking system would best suit our needs during COVID-19 and the re-opening phase. With all the Health & Safety Protocols set into place, a mandatory COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire will automatically appear while booking.
Please also fill out the COVID-19 Questionnaire 24 hours prior to your appointment, a reminder will be sent out with a link. As we need to know what your life has been like while you haven't been spending time with us!
All clients (new/existing) will be asked to enter or re-enter their waiver information.
This is to keep your information confidential and up-to-date. We will practice "Contactless" protocols as much as possible, therefore all forms will now be asked to have filled prior to your appointment date/time.
Please follow the instructions to finish your booking through our portal, and remember to register an account. You may find that on the top right corner to complete the set up.
