Experience the magic of Reiki, with the added benefits of crystal and sound healing to bring you in to a space of relaxation and healing. Stefanie holds the space for you to let go of the blocks and beliefs that have been limiting you from your full potential, whilst using her intuitive gifts to guide the session.
After the healing session, Stefanie will discuss your energy with you and any messages that may have come up. You will be given supportive and intuitive advice to continue your healing journey.

During this Group Healing Event, we will discuss the Inner Child, why it is important to acknowledge him/her, how we can nurture this aspect of ourselves and how to heal the stories we have told ourselves since childhood. The group discussion will be followed by guided meditation and intuitive group healing involving; Reiki, Crystals and Sound healing.

This will be a safe space to begin to heal, nurture and understand these aspects of ourselves.

Distance Healing is conducted over Zoom, Stefanie will connect with you and discuss your current emotional and energetic state, as well as your intention for the healing.
Stefanie will play an intuitively design playlist for your to listen to during the healing; time for your to lie back and relax! During the healing you may experience sensations, visuals, or you may simply feel relaxed or sleepy; everyones experience is different! Afterwards, Stefanie will discuss your energy/needs in a supportive manner.

We will start with a short consultation over video comms or phone, where I will ask you a series of questions about your current emotional state, I will also use this time to tune into your energetic body, identify and understand what’s going on.. then select seven crystals which will best support your Chakras. ⁣⁣

These crystals (tumbled crystals) will then be sent to you by post, with an explanation of each crystal, so you can begin your crystal healing journey.
