COVID-19 SAFETY POLICY
1. In order to protect everyone a mask must be worn at all times during the appointment (masks will be provided
2. Clients must wash their hands and disinfect their phones upon arrival (wipes will be provided).
3. If you show up to the appointment and have any symptoms at all you will be turned away and will forfeit your deposit.
4. If you develop symptoms please reschedule after at least 14 days or after you have received 2 negative results.
5. If you have been exposed to COVID positive people without protective gear please do not book until after a 14 day period.
** If anyone is not following the rules Queen Beauty Bar has the right to end the appointment and the deposit will be lost
SAFETY
1. All equipments used are disinfected after each use
2. Masks are available upon request
3. Servicing area is disinfected after each client. This may cause longer wait times, please be patient as this is done for safety
CLIENT EXPECTATIONS
1. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes in advance to your appointment.
2. No call no show results in no rebooking.
3. LATE POLICY: A late fee of 15$ will be added for lateness of 15 minutes or more. After 30 minutes the appointment will be cancelled. If you are running late, please notify us.
DEPOSITS
1. A 25$ deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward the total cost of the service. Deposit can be paid via PayPal or secure Square online transaction via debit or credit.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS
1. Only 1 reschedule is accepted with the paid deposit. The rescheduled appointment must be rebooked within 1 month of the original appointment date.
6. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance. If not your deposit will be lost.
PAYMENT METHODS

HAIR PREP
1. Hair must be at least 3 inches (if it is shorter, please send us an email or DM for a consultation beforehand)
2. Hair must be washed, blow dried or stretched out and detangled upon arrival to your appointment.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
1.Hair is included in most styles. See the description section of each style for more information
2. If you would like ombré hair for braided styles please click the « ombré hair » add on. Please note that a 6 day notice is needed for special colours as we do not always have them in stock.
3. For passion twists please bring 7-8 packs of water wave hair or choose the add on for water wave hair
4. If you would like to bring your own hair please send an email/DM for more information and pricing
IN HOME SERVICE
When wanting an in home service, please send us a DM/email beforehand as there is distance limit.
CAN'T FIND A SPOT/FULLY BOOKED?
There are a limited "off hour/after hours" slots that can be booked for an extra fee ranging from 35$-50$ depending on the desired hair style. Please send us a DM/email for any inquiries.
