Healthy feet are key to balance and functional movement. Take 30 min. to progress through active stretches, strengthening exercises, and mobility drills to improve the health of your feet. You'll need a light resistance band, massage ball, yoga blocks, small towel, and a toe band (you can also use a thick rubber band like the ones found on broccoli and other fresh produce) for this Foot Fitness class.
