If you self book and need hair loss help, your appointment will be for the service you booked and your hair loss will not be discussed or examined at the appointment time. Please follow the protocol for services. My availability is shown 30 days at a time. Please check back frequently for cancellations on the booking app for new availability. Booking Policy:
Trichology Exams
No refunds will be issued after payment has been made, but you’re allowed to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to reschedule in the allotted time frame will result in 100% of payment received void. If rescheduled within 48 hours you are allowed one time to reschedule for a Tuesday appointment only. You will be required to pay a new consultation fee to rebook if you fail to make the rescheduled appointment.
Salon Services
Deposits are non-refundable. They can be applied to a rescheduled appointment made within 24 hours. If you fail to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, your deposit is void and 50%. If you fail to cancel your appointment and you do a no call no show or you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment your deposit will be applied to your cancel fee plus 50% of your service cost balance will be charged to the card on file. If payment isn't received from the card on file, you will not be able to rebook an appointment until the fee is paid.
Housekeeping rules
You are not allowed to bring visitors to your appointment.
Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment time.
A 15 minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fees will apply. This policy is enforced because the business model is set for one on one services only so time is allotted for. The same applies for No Shows.
