Package includes 90-mins of weekly coaching, (split 2x/45-min OR 1x/90-min) sessions to learn skills, and WhatsApp support to answer questions, form check videos, and general guidance.
All sessions can be a combination of meeting at my private studio, your home, or via Zoom.
