Yin allows us the space to go deeper in to a pose both physically and emotionally, as we release our bodies into long held postures. We arrive gently in to these poses, giving ourselves time to sense and feel our way in to what is there, sometimes with the help of a little intuitive movement to guide us softly from one place to the next.

I work with Light Language, Usui Reiki and Angelic Therapy, and use a variety of tools in my practice, including smudging, sound, essential oils, plants, divination, affirmations and visualisation.
