A course introducing the fundamental themes of yoga. This course is for absolute beginners looking to understand more about what yoga is and why it is a mind and body practice. We will be looking at breathwork, gentle movement and philosophy.
The six week online course will help you understand how the practice can aid physical strength, flexibility and also support you feeling emotionally strong and balanced, increasing self-awareness through movement.
