Your consultation is completely free, and will be with a Provider.
Just like you, we value our time very much and don't like to be stood up. So in effort to reduce no-shows for appointments, we respectfully require a debit/credit card for you to hold your appointment.
Again, the consultation is free :) We send appointment reminders via text and email that give you the option to cancel or reschedule ahead of time. If you do not show for your appointment or fail to cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours in advance, you will be charged $50.
After you book, you may see a $1 pending charge in your account - that is simply the way our bank checks to see if your card is valid, and that $1 pending charge will fall off after a day or two.
