INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCHEDULING AN IN-STORE SHOE FITTING APPOINTMENT. PLEASE READ THIS COMPLETELY BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT SO YOU CAN GAIN AN UNDERSTANDING OF HOW OUR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING PROCESS WORKS.
WITH OUR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER YOU ARE ONLY ABLE TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS UP TO 31 DAYS FROM TODAY'S DATE. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE AND/OR SCHEDULE ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS MORE THAN 31 DAYS FROM TODAY'S DATE.
As the COVID-19 pandemic goes on we continue to follow the CDC guidelines for safely operating a business that caters to children. Since our store is small and we work mainly with children, we will continue to require face masks in the store for everyone over the age of 4 irregardless of vaccination status. In addition, our store will not be crowded so our customers and staff feel comfortable and safe while in the store.
When scheduling an appointment we may be completely booked or you may see only a few appointment times available within the next 31 days. Please check back as additional appointment openings are released daily that are 31 days from today's date. If there are no appointments available, or you would like to see about scheduling an earlier appointment we encourage you to get added to our waiting list. To get on our waiting list please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know how many children need a shoe fitting, their ages, your availability (Wed-Sun), and your contact information (name, phone & email). If this is your child's first shoes or your child needs shoes to fit their new orthotics please let us know that too. We will do our best to get you scheduled for an in-store appointment as soon as possible. When we have appointments cancellation or reschedule we offer those appointments to our customers who are on our waiting list. We will either call, email, or text you when we have a possible appointment dates/times that meets your availability. Typically we are able to get you scheduled for an in-store appointment within the next 21 days depending on your availability and flexibility. We appreciate your patience and understanding .
