Payments

A $25 to $50 deposit must be made upon booking. Payments made are non-refundable.

Remainder balance must be paid in cash or card (Card is additional 4% fee).

Guests

Please no extra guest unless they are being serviced.

Rescheduling

You can only reschedule once after booking, after that you must rebook your appointment to a more convent time for you.

Cancelations

No call no shows will not be able to book again unless the payment of the first service is paid.

Appointment

I Want to make sure you have a top quality experience so, I service my clients using only Top Tier Tresses hair extensions. Thank you for understanding that quality insurance means most to us.

Although we are a full service salon, please come with your hair detangled and be sure to notify us of any alterations you would like prior to leaving the salon.

You must have at least 4 inches of hair for all installs.

If you are reusing your hair please come with clean bundles.

Traveling

Clear directions on how to find my suite will be sent to you 2 hours prior to your appointment.

Please wait for your appointment time to enter salon.

Late

If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged an additional $20 and up depending on your lateness or will have to reschedule unless discussed otherwise.
