Introduction to Yoga Nidra
This 35-40 minute session will provide an introduction to Yoga Nidra and chance to experience this deeply restorative practice. I will explain what Nidra is, tips for practice and then lead you through a guided Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a practice of rest, meditation and relaxation - it is not a movement class. You will need a comfortable and warm place to sit and/or lie down. Pyjamas and blankets welcome!
The Slow Down Sessions
Time to slow down....
This small group session is designed to help you find some space for yourself to slow down and relax through somatic enquiry, meditation, (optional) journalling, and deep relaxation.
You will need a comfortable and warm place to sit and ideally also lie down. Pyjamas and blankets welcome!
