This 35-40 minute session will provide an introduction to Yoga Nidra and chance to experience this deeply restorative practice. I will explain what Nidra is, tips for practice and then lead you through a guided Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a practice of rest, meditation and relaxation - it is not a movement class. You will need a comfortable and warm place to sit and/or lie down. Pyjamas and blankets welcome!
