RETAINER FEES & PAYMENTS
- $52 NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE Is required upon booking ($2 connivence fee does not apply to Balance)
- REMAINING BALANCES due in EXACT CASH OR ZELLE ONLY
RECURRING/CANCELING/RESCHEDULING
- A 24 hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment
- My Apologies but it’s in my business best interests that each client must book their own appointments followed by a deposit via website & online only ! Not by text or myself
LATE/NO SHOW POLICY 🕦
- A 10 minute grace period is given to both parties
- Arriving 11-15 minutes of appointment time is considered LATE and a fee of $20 will be added at checkout
- ANYTHING AFTER 15 mins / no shows will be canceled and non refundable retainer is kept
If Party A (Technician) is 15 minutes late a $20 discount will be given
If party B (client) is 15 minutes late $20 late fee will be processed
FILL IN APPOINTMENTS
- NAILS: Anything past 3weeks will not be filled in ! Please book / add on soak off + new set or arrive bare
- TOES: I do not offer fill ins on all 10 toes due to sanitary & health purposes. Big toes only ! 1 fill in MAX
- I WILL ONLY WORK OVER MY WORK DUE TO SANITARY & health purposes
SQUEEZE IN/ OFF DAY REQUEST /TRAVEL FEE
- Early bird/After hour appointments $50 up charge
- Holiday fee $100
- Travel fee + $100 to total services
- Any services that exceeds / goes past business hours will be charged as an after hour fee ! For example : My business hours are 10am-7pm if A 4:45pm slot is open for a short set which takes 2hrs the service is expected to be done by 6:45 you would be able to book ! However if you decide instead you’d like a long set which is an additional hour you will be charged an after hour fee because it goes over set business hours !
PLEASE ARRIVE WITH BARE healthy, undamaged and clean nails
For the health of current & potential clients A nail analysis will be given prior to starting services , if nails are not in the best condition I will have to refuse services.
