All tickets are non-refundable. You must purchase a ticket in advance to guarantee entry. Day of or walk up tickets may not be available if capacity limits are reached. Rain vouchers will be available if inclement weather requires the park to be closed within the first 60 minutes of the session. Redemption coupons will be emailed to the primary email provided when purchasing your original tickets.

Tickets purchased after the pool opens will only be valid until the pool closing time for each session.
