If you would like a demonstration on any of our products, you are able to book an appointment with one of our experienced colleagues to hear exactly the equipment you want to audition.

(All our guys are really experienced and knowledgeable in AV but they make awful coffee, best advice is to politely decline if they offer to make you a coffee)

We can offer our customers an appointment for the collection or return of products to our store.

For items that are being returned, these will need to be agreed in advance.
