Contortion classes are an intermediate to advanced flexibility and conditioning class.
The class is focused on building strength and flexibility throughout a range of postures.
For the contortion classes you want to be fairly close to your box and middle splits and be able to hold a bridge aka wheel in yoga.

The active flexibility classes are for the beginner to intermediate student and run for 60 minutes.
Active flexibility is muscle assisted stretches that builds strength and length in the participant.
Active stretching builds more coordination in the body and allows the body to hold positions without any support system such as hands or straps.
This training is great for dancers, gymnasts, aerial artists and acrobatics.
