- Home visits are not available for online booking.
- Please arrive five minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for completion of a required form.
- By scheduling an appointment you are required to arrive at that time. If you need to reschedule an appointment you can do so using the confirmation email you receive or by calling us to arrange a new time. Cancellations within an hour of the appointment and no-shows incur a 50% appointment fee, applicable to every booking, including online bookings. Please respect other people's time.
- A reminder that health funds stipulate that rebates can only be issued if the person receiving the treatment paid for it.
- Lisa Spurr may not be able to provide health fund rebates for Medibank Private/AHM, HCF, and some ARHG funds. If you are in one of these funds, you may be able to receive $15 off your treatment fee (only valid for clients with benefit left to claim. Only valid for appointments 60 minutes or longer).
