Our plant medicine journeys help you rewire your nervous system and renew your body and mind. These healing packages consist of pre journey Integration sessions, a bodywork session, two 4-5 hour medicine journey, and post journey integration. These packages are to help you work through specific blocks that are weighing you down. You also receive support for when you are not in the studio. These packages consist of 12 hours of treatment with in a 8 week period. Payment arrangements can be made :)

13 hours of 1:1 with treatments of - Bodywork, Plant Journey(if wanted) movement therapy, Astrological chart, Removing energy blocks, Trauma Release and more. This is an initial appointment to agree upon treatment

Somatic practice uses the mind-body connection to help listen to signals your body sends regarding areas of pain or discomfort, whilst engaging in a series of movement forms.

These sessions use mind-body techniques to release the pent-up tension that's weighing on your emotional and physical well-being. These techniques could involve breathing exercises, meditation, dance, and other forms of body movement.
