6- Week Virtual Mindfulness Series for Teens Part 2
Students will learn a variety of mindfulness techniques designed to increase attention, self-regulation, empathy, and the ability to respond skillfully to challenging situations instead of reacting impulsively. Students are encouraged to practice the techniques regularly.
