Important: Please review all necessary information below before you visit!
*Reservation valid for up to four persons. Include infants and children in your reservation.
*Wheelchairs, strollers, and drinking fountains are unavailable at this time. You may bring your own wheelchair, stroller or filled water bottle as needed.
*Your reservation includes a one-way self-guided walk through Como Zoo and the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory, including the Zobota Café and Garden Safari Gifts.
*Please print or have your reservation pulled up on your phone. Entrance will be granted in half hour intervals. For example, 11:00 AM reservations will be welcomed from 11:00 AM- 11:30 AM. In order to maintain social distancing and to avoid having to wait, please do not check-in early. If you arrive early, plan to enjoy the gardens and trails in greater Como Park.
*Visit begins at Cleveland Court behind the Cafesjian's Carousel.
*Admission is free but you must acquire your timed tickets online. We do ask for a voluntary donation of $3 for adults and $2 for children at the front entrance, which is cash only at this time.
*Open rain or shine! The majority of your visit is outdoors.
*The Zoo and Conservatory close at 4pm. All guests will be asked to leave at this time.
*Posed photography is not allowed at this time. This includes family photos, senior photos and wedding photos. Please contact our Rentals Office at 651-487-8250 or comoweddings@ci.stpaul.mn.us for your available options.
For the safety of our staff, animals, and guests we are requiring all persons to wear face coverings/masks while on the grounds of Como Park Zoo and Conservatory. This applies to all individuals except young children at risk of suffocation and persons who cannot medically tolerate wearing a face covering. Face shields are not the equivalent of a mask. Please keep your mask on (covering the mouth and nose) for the duration of your visit.
