Appointment Policy
- Please cancel any unneeded appointments at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as possible. Making and keeping appointment you don't need takes away the opportunity from someone who does. Be respectful of other clients and of our staff members!
- If you are 15+ minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, your time slot will be forfeited and someone else may be given first priority.
- Walk-in appointments are welcome but are not guaranteed time, as we prioritize those who make and keep appointments. New clients are typically seen by appointment only.
- Peer counseling sessions must be scheduled with a counselor over the phone or in-person.
