PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

• Please be considerate for the clients after you, I will not inconvenience another client due to someone being late. There is a 20 min grace period, after 20 minutes the appointment will have to be CANCELLED.
• If you cannot make it to your appointment, please cancel at least 2 hours PRIOR to your appointment or you will not be able to book with me again in the future. I’m very understanding, and I know things happen, communication is the key.
• No call no shows will not be able to book future appointments.
• NO EXTRA GUEST.
• Please come with hair washed and blow dried. Unclean hair will not be serviced.
• If you are getting a CUSTOM COLOR, please bring your hair to me 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
• All sew in/bonded services require $25 non refundable deposit is required when booking. (unless the error is on me) The $25 will go towards the total of your service. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE
• All custom wig services require a $50 non refundable deposit is required when booking. (unless the error is on me) The $50 will go towards the total of your service. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE
• I understand things come up so please be certain that you can make your appointment before booking. If you’re not able to come to your appointment your deposit can be transferred to your next rescheduled appointment within 24hrs of cancellation and your rescheduled appointment must be within the next 3 days.

• Please have payment ready upon arrival. Once service has started, I do not let anyone leave and comeback to get money. No exception.
• I only accept cash payments or cash app.

(Things to know)

I do not install cut up bundles, or damped bundles or hair, bundles MUST be dry and ready to be installed

ALL CLOSURES AND FRONTALS HAVE TO BE CUSTOMIZED A DAY OR TWO BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. If your service is booked for closure or frontal service after your appointment has been confirmed, we can arrange a time or day for you to bring the closure or frontal before your appointment day. REQUIRED
