OPEN GYM!

2-3PM Saturdays, starting 9/9/23.

Open to current Xelias students ages 12 and older. Work out in the studio, supervised by Xelias coaches. Invite your circus buddies!

Cost is $15. Students who are registered for 3+ classes may attend Open Gym for free! 2 Open Gyms = 1 makeup class.

All levels welcome - students will be challenged at their individual level!

Open to students 12+ and adults, in this class we work on a variety of apparatuses & on the ground to GAIN STRENGTH & STAMINA for aerial arts, and increase mobility and improve technique! This is a great addition to another class - getting stronger and bendier means students can learn more in the air!

Thursday 7:30-8:25pm

Wire class! Work on your balance, walking on the wire, and tricks! All levels welcome - class will be tailored to students individual level. If you've never taken Wire with us before, check in via email before registering.

This is a drop-in class within a 9-week session!

Thursday 5:30pm

We are working on HAMMOCK in this class for adults and older teens! We will build strength, technique, and style in the air, and sequence skills, spins, and drops into routines.This is a dropping class within a show session. Drop-in students will not perform.

This is an all levels class, but students should have previous experience at Xelias or with aerial arts classes.
