Coronavirus (COVID-19) Safety Precautions
MLB is open and following the guidelines of North Carolina Governor Coopers Executive Order 141 to ensure the health and safety of all.
We will only be accepting one guest in the salon at a time, absolutely no additional guests is allowed inside at this time. Everyone is required to wear a mask, if you do not have one we will provide one for you. If you refuse to wear a mask the service will be refused. A blanket will not be provided during your service, if you think you will need one feel free to bring your own. If you're feeling sick or have been around anyone sick prior to your appointment please reschedule for a later date. If we feel you're sick, the service will be stopped and rescheduled.

A debit or credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve the appointment time and date desired. The total is due at appointment, cash or apple pay is preferred, however, we will accept debit and credit card payments for an additional 3.5% processing fee.
Late Fee & Cancellations
There's a 10 minute grace period and a $15 late fee if you're 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. If you're more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. Please communicate in advance if you're going to be late. Depending on the next appointment we may still provide the service. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment time, failure to do so will result in paying 50% of the service amount.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service and no future appointments will be allowed.

Note the length of time it take for services offered when booking, nothing is ever rushed at MLB. You will be relaxed and pampered throughout your beauty experience.
Location & Parking
Modern Luxe Beauty is located inside Salon Lofts in Uptown Charlotte North Carolina under Savoy Apartments 650 E Stonewall St loft #3. Garage parking is available and will be validated for all our guests. Upon parking follow the steps on the signage then head inside for your appointment, you'll be given a validation code.
Refunds are not given for services at this time.
