This session is for anyone. Breast massage addresses anything from maintaining healthy breasts, breast cancer issues from diagnosis through reconstruction and treatment, augmentation issues and recovery, and lactational issues. This session is also really great for sinus issues. By decongesting the chests lymphatic system your sinuses and head can drain more proficiently.

Lets spend 3-4 hours together! Take a deeper look into how you work and within that what works and doesn't work. We can peel back some layers to help the real you shine through. We will look at what goals you would like to move towards, what you are ready to let go of, and then once we have an action plan we get finish with some soul healing. This may look like working with oracle cards, sound baths, energy work, guided meditation, and yes bodywork. The sky is the limit in this amazing journey.

This will be a 90 minute session which will include 30 minutes of BodyMind Coaching with 60 minutes of other modalities dependent upon the coaching portion and what is needed.
