Having originally made our shop 'appointment only' throughout the era of Covid-19, we recently decided that we'd continue to do so, because it still helps ensure our small shop doesn't get too busy, plus it helps our team to manage their day better!

Here you can book a thirty minute time-slot to shop with the help of one of our team! We have a range of styles available in stock for you to take away on the day, and you can also place orders for made to order shoes.

Only one booking can be made per time-slot so you have exclusive access and our full attention! The maximum people that can visit within your group is four (for those of you that have visited us before, you know how small our shop is!). If there are a few of you, it might be worth finding a time where back to back appointments are available and booking two time-slots.

You may be aware that we open our factory on one Saturday per month (usually the first). Because we have staff coming in specifically for these appointments, we require a refundable deposit of £10 when making bookings on Saturdays. This is to help prevent no-shows which can be frustrating. The £10 will be deducted from any purchases on the day, or refunded if you simply can't find what you want. It won't be refunded in the event of no-shows, or if cancellations are made later than the prior Thursday night. Payments will be taken via Paypal.
