Welcome to our shopping appointment scheduling page! Appointment to shop are highly recommended to ensure we comply with the building's occupancy and safety restrictions. Walk-ins are accepted as space allows. There are 8 shopping appointments available every 10 minutes. All shopping appointments include a $10 FYTM token to spend at the sale. You will receive your token(s) at the door. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointments upon completion of the scheduling process. You can change your appointment time for another time in the same category and price range for this sale at any time, however, you can not cancel an appointment for a refund. Appointment fees are non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
***** SCHEDULING NOTICE *****
There are 4 different categories of appointments: First Dibs, The Casual Shopper, The Bargain Shopper, and The Fast Shopper. You can schedule multiple appointments for the same category, regardless of the date and time selected, in a single checkout. However, you can not schedule multiple appointments across multiple categories in a single checkout (for example, one time slot in First Dibs and one time slot in Bargain Shopper). If you want to schedule appointments in different categories, you will have to check out multiple times (once for each category). We recommend setting up an account for this reason.
***** SAFETY NOTICE *****
We do not allow children into the building on Thursdays as we would go over our building occupancy limit, with the exception of infants that are worn in a carrier or sling. Children are allowed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Monday 7/27 as space allows. Afternoons are generally less crowded and walk ins with children can usually be accepted.
