If at any time you need to cancel your appointment, please do so via the original appointment confirmation E-Mail with the 'cancel' button or call our admin clerk at 709-754-0757 Ext 0. We lose a booking slot if you do not cancel.
Please read the following instructions carefully before booking your appointment:
- You will need to bring 2 pieces of valid, government issued ID's (at least one with photo) at the time of your appointment. 18yrs of age or older only for CPICs. From 12-17yrs for fingerprints must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian
- Please Remember to bring any documentation pertaining to the service you require such as an instruction letter from your employer or correspondence from a government department (if applicable / hard copy not email please)
- Fingerprints for Permanent Residency - Only clients that have an official IRCC letter are able to book an appointment. Please bring a copy of the official letter with you to your appointment.
- We currently recommend debit or credit card payments (contactless preferred), but cash is accepted
- Please choose one appointment slot per person. If you're a group of 2 or more people, each individual must have their own appointment. Please do not book multiple appointments per person
- If you are booking a CPIC / Name-based Criminal Record Check, you can download the verification form before arrival, print and complete section A at the following link: Criminal Record Check Verification Form
- *We do not provide Vulnerable Sector Checks or Ink Fingerprints. Please consult with your local police agency. We can provide rolled digital prints for foreign countries (RCMP C216C or FBI FD1164)
- *Masks are required for all clients. Please sanitize your hands as indicated in the entryway
- *Public washrooms are not available on site
**COVID 19 Questionnaire**
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community and reduce the risk of exposure within our workplace, each visitor is required to complete to answer the following before entry for on site appointments/courses. If you answer yes to any of the questions, we will not be able to serve you at this time:
- Are you sick or exhibiting any of the following symptoms? Fever, Dry Cough, Body Aches, Headache, Sore Throat, Runny Nose, Tiredness or Shortness of Breath
- Has anyone in your household been quarantined (self or directed) or identified as a COVID-19 confirmed or suspected case?
- To your knowledge, have you been exposed to anyone who has been quarantined (self or directed) or identified as a COVID-19 confirmed or suspected case?
