I take natural lash health serious and take all precautions to ensure healthy but beautiful lash extensions.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
To book appts, I require a 30% deposit for all services - payable with debit/credit card. At the day of the appt you’ll pay the remaining 70% in CASH ONLY. Any e-transfers or electronic payments will incur an additional $10 fee. The deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule you must do 48 hours in advance - the deposit can be transferred 1x to another appt date & time within the same month. Keep in mind rescheduling your appt does not mean I will have availability, so expect your new appt to be pushed out a week(s) which would change your appt from a 2 week to a 3 week or a 3 week to a full set etc. A valid debit/credit card will be kept on file mandatorily to ensure no last minute cancellations.The card on file will be charged the the remaining (70%) for no call/no shows or less than 24 hours notice of cancellation. If the card does not go through when charged or you do not provide payment, you will be banned from booking any services with me until the remaining charge is paid. I do not service foreign refills or work over another lash technicians set. Please book a full set.
Book your appointments accurately please - make sure you meet requirements listed in the descriptions. Please book the same category of appt if booking consecutive appts. For ex, if you book a juicy volume full set, please book the juicy volume refill. If you want to switch the type of volume (more or less) book a full set to achieve the most seamless look.
BEFORE APPOINTMENT
Please come to appointment with no makeup, heavy moisturizer, or oils on your face. Fresh face = best results and superior longevity. (Commonly, poor retention comes from failure of not washing lashes properly. Always wash twice - preferably with lash shampoo). Contacts do not need to be taken out but it is recommended.
Please understand lashes are time consuming as this is a tedious art - make sure you are able to lay for anywhere from 1-3 hours based on the service you booked. Use the restroom before to avoid time taken out of your service
If you are already scheduled for a refill, don’t have enough lashes left, and are in need of a full set, please tell me 48-72 hours beforehand so I can try to accommodate you. Plan to arrive on time. If you are 20 minutes past your scheduled time, the appointment could be cancelled and remaining will be charged.
AT APPOINTMENT
Please bring no one else besides yourself. Refrain from opening eyes during the appointment or checking phone etc to avoid chemical irritations or burns. Refrain from drinking caffeine before as this aids in twitching/open eyes. Always feel free to sleep.
SQUEEZE INS
If I am fully booked and you would like a squeeze in appointment contact me directly with a date you need your service done by and I will get back to you letting you know if I am able to accommodate you. No guarantees. A squeeze in appointment will have an additional charge of $50 on a day I am in the office, and an additional charge of $100 if I am out of office (my days off).
IMPORTANT
AFTER 3-4 REFILLS (6-8 WEEK TIMEFRAME), TYPICALLY A FULL SET IS NEEDED. After 6-8 weeks, most lashes from the initial full set (the ones that have stayed on) have lost their curl and many will have grown out (in the initial full lash set, all artificial lashes are placed close to the root creating a dark lash line - once natural lashes start growing they grow in random cycles. Eventually the lashes will not be consecutively close to the root resulting in a less full looking lash set because of the various lash growth cycles of each individual lash). For the best looking lashes, it is highly recommended (not required).
CONDITIONS
There are no refunds. If there is an issue with your service, please get in touch with me no more than 48 hours after to have any challenges solved. Service must be corrected/fixed within 72 hours when I am able to fit you in my schedule. If you cannot make it to any of the times I give you (you will have AM&PM options) due to your own obligations then I am not liable.
